Get your community excited about each event you organize. A picture says a thousand words and is much more exciting to share with friends than plain text. It also makes the event seem official and well organized. All relevant information can go on the poster making it easy to communicate with your community - and you can print it out for the Shul noticeboard or insert it into the Shul newsletter.
